If nothing on your computer connects to the Internet, but another computer on the same network can connect, that would be a computer related issue.
Finally, if none of your devices can connect, it’s definitely a router/modem or ISP issue.
If there is new software available and the unit is connected to a broadband home network, the player will inform you about the update as follows. The update menu will appear on the screen when you turn off the player. Use the RIGHT/LEFT buttons to select a desired option and then press WHEEL or ENTER.
You can update the player using the latest software to enhance the product operation and/or add new features.
Before updating the software in your player, turn the player off and then turn it back on.
During the software update procedure, do not turn off the player, disconnect AC power, or press any button. You're all set — the player will check for the newest update.

The upgrade to Win 10 removed my anti virus so I re downloaded Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015. Fix DNS Problems A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs.
Open DNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.
Before you begin, try to determine what category your problem falls into.
